The Solutions Consultant's primary responsibilities are to assist customers in deploying Core Security's software products and to ensure proof-of-concepts or customer projects are delivered on-time and on-budget. The Solutions Consultant will participate in technical pre-sales, business development activities, and contribute to the product direction by working closely with CORE's sales, marketing, and product management teams.
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our Renewals team. Account Managers work to develop, manage and grow relationships with Core's existing customer base and guide them through the annual renewal of our subscription licenses.
In this internally based position, you will prospect and develop new accounts while growing sales within existing accounts. Respond to lead generation and marketing efforts. Understand product strengths and functionality in sufficient depth to qualify and convert new business by phone. Track sales process and forecasting within Salesforce.com system. Perform sales activities, including prospecting, qualifying prospects, performing online product demonstrations, and occasional on-site presentations.
Account Development Reps proactively develop revenue-generating opportunities through inbound response follow-up, product education, and information gathering.
