Field Sales Manager

Core is searching for a senior enterprise software sales professional.   The Field Sales Manager will partner with our Boston sales team to prospect and develop new accounts while growing sales within existing accounts.  

Responsibilities include:

  • Responding to lead generation and marketing efforts
  • Understanding product strengths and functionality in sufficient depth to qualify and convert new business
  • Tracking sales process and forecasting within Salesforce.com
  • Performing full-cycle sales activities, including prospecting, qualifying prospects, developing relationships, performing on-site presentations, and closing business
  • Presenting key selling points/features and benefits while focusing the message on customer needs and expectations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of successful enterprise software sales experience
  • Experience attaining >$1.5M annual quotas
  • Experience working in the security industry preferred
  • Effective organization and time management skills
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and customer relationship skills
  • Experience with MS Office and Salesforce.com
  • Demonstrated persistence in overcoming obstacles and achieving goals
